Your health data, actually private
Documents, chat history, blood markers and extracted text are encrypted in your browser and synced to the server as opaque ciphertext. Nobody at Meta-Me can read them — not even us. Only the operational tier (weight, exercise, pantry) lives server-side in plaintext, because that's what the Apple Health ingest and milestone emails need.
